ONYX currently offers its Hyper-Drive Series Roller chains in American and British Standard Sizes. The size of ranges in A Series include chains from 25 (0.25" Pitch) to 200 (2.5" Pitch). The size ranges in B Series include chains from 05B (0.315" Pitch) to 40B (2.5" Pitch). All chains are highly efficient and versatile means of transmitting mechanical power. All our chains are pre-loaded to be fatigued resistant, resulting in four times longer life than the average roller chain.

Stainless Steel Chains

Available in American and British Standards

ONYX Stainless Steel chain is made from high grade materials. These perform extremely well in environments that are acidic, alkaline, where direct contact with food is a consideration, where the chain will be exposed to water, and for very high or very low temperature locations ( -40° to +400°C ) where resistance to corrosion is a requirement. 

Stainless Steel chain should be selected when resistance to chemical action is critical.

ONYX Stainless Steel chains are available in All American and British Standard Sizes in Simplex, Duplex and Triplex. 

 

Hollow Pin Chains

Available in American and British Standards

Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Material Available

ONYX Hollow Pin chains are ideal for conveyor applications. ONYX Hollow Pin chains carry similar load ratings as standard roller chains, and can be customized according to customer requirements. ONYX Hollow Pin chains are available in both American and British standards, plus they can be manufactured both in carbon and stainless steel material.
